The first Capital Punishment instalment for 2022 has lined up a list of exciting Muay Thai fights.

Fighters will go head-to-head on Saturday, April 2, at Porirua’s Te Rauparaha Arena.

Currently the event is split into two shows (A and B) to manage ongoing Covid restrictions.

The full event will be streaming on Combat Sports Network (CSN NZ).

Two events means two main cards.

Show A is headlined by a Full Thai Rules fight between Kapiti Thai Boxing’s Dan Robertson, and Jacob Whawell, Fight Shop. This will be a battle to the end.

Show B is headlined by a 62.3kg NZ Title fight between Hendrick Mutale of Fight Shop, and Jordan Smart, Alpha Muay Thai. Both fighters are current NZ Champions in their own right and this fight is tipped to be a Fight of the Night contender.

Fighting on the night will be:
